General Information
The
Houston String Quartet takes bookings for engagements
(other than concerts) at venues on the basis of
an hourly rate. The rates for venues in certain
counties will be subject to a minimum booking period
of 3 hours. Further details are available on request.
There
is no maximum time limit.
We
do not participate in wedding rehersals.
The
Houston String Quartet is
engaged for an hourly rate.
The quartet will travel up to 100 miles from Houston
City Hall.
There
will be specific needs regarding space and type of
seating for each ensemble.
If your event is outside, please advise us well
in advance. We have
a seperate outdoor performance
contract for all outdoor events.
The balance be paid in full at least 14 days
before the date of the function.
All bookings are taken subject to acceptance of
the terms and conditions. |
Booking .
. . a simple process!
First
Set
a firm day, date, and time for your
event. Confirm the availability as well
as start and end times of your event.
Next
Collect
all information about the event location (address,
telephone number, contact the person at the venue).
The venue director or event coordinator can help you
with this.
E-mail, or call us with this finalized information.
Almost There
We will write a contract with your
very specific date time and location information, terms of the agreement and send you a copy.
You then read over the contract,
checking it for accuracy, sign it and return it to
us with your deposit. Your deposit must reach us by
the due date or we cannot guarantee your event date
will remain available. The deposit is 1/2 of the total balance.
Now, it is officially Booked with us!
When we receive your original signed agreement, and your deposit, you have set the date, with us, and we are confirmed to be at your special event! We will send you a confirmation.
We must insist that all details must be finalized 14 days before the date of the function.
